Refund policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt. We may ask you to send us images of the damaged item(s), including the packaging in which it arrived. A full refund will be issued for products damaged during shipping. We would appreciate you not sending back damaged products but advise that you safely dispose of them after you receive your refund.

Refunds generally take between 24 to 48 hours to appear on your banking records. If your package is stolen or missing, please contact us within 10 days of the reported delivery date.

We accept returns of any unused G and Me Candles within 15 days of the original purchase date. We will issue a refund for the purchase price (plus tax) of any unused product after it is received in our facility. If returned 16 days or more after purchase, a refund will not be available.

Please make sure your name and order number are included somewhere in or on the packaging. Properly pack your items (in original packaging if possible) and send to:

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was shipped in error. If shipped in error, G And Me Candle Company will ship the correct merchandise at no cost to the customer. There is no need to return damaged or defective items. We are not able to offer exchanges or store credit.
